Hey Danny, thanks for commenting. It has been really interesting to see all the different emotions that UNICEF has brought out in people. One thing is for sure, this month's choice has made peopel pay attention and made them think about where they stand. This is good!

Cheers!
David

Hey there David,

It's been an interesting last week or so. As I mentioned to James, I truly respect anyone's personal views and 12for12k has always been about choice. If you don't like a charity, no need to support that month.

There have been issues in the past re. UNICEF but isn't that the case with many NP's? They are a new organization now and we're supporting a specific arm of them, which has less to do with the points raised by James (and others).

It's always going to be difficult when you have to answer to governments as well as constituents - I think under the circumstances, UNICEF do an incredible job.

There are always going to be downtimes in such a long project and some charities will appeal more than others. It's up to us (the 12for12k team) to work out how to keep momentum and interest, which recent calls and communications will hopefully help with.

Do you know Roger? Get on it, man ;-)

Cheers!
