I'm still trying to get the podcast thing sorted, but it's getting there. At the moment it is taking me ages to get everything together and edited.<br><br>Regarding the IBM guide, I'm not sure but I think it might have been around for a couple of years. I think it is a great idea - encourage your people to get involved in various forms of social media; even help them do it. Just remind them that this comes with certain responsibilities - really important in a business like IBM that spans many regions and cultures.<br><br>Much better then the running scared approach that you see sometimes.
