		<description>Thanks for the comment Roger. I&#039;m still trying to get the podcast thing sorted, but it&#039;s getting there. At the moment it is taking me ages to get everything together and edited.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Regarding the IBM guide, I&#039;m not sure but I think it might have been around for a couple of years. I think it is a great idea - encourage your people to get involved in various forms of social media; even help them do it. Just remind them that this comes with certain responsibilities - really important in a business like IBM that spans many regions and cultures.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Much better then the running scared approach that you see sometimes.</description>
